Bank Feeds. Automatically imports your bank and credit card transactions, eliminating the need to enter each and every debit card and credit card transactions individually. Keeps data up-to-date and accurate.
Recurring Transactions. Can be used in a variety of ways to automate processes. Monthly invoices can be automatically generated and emailed. Sales receipts can be set up to automatically process payments. Auto bank account debits can be automatically recorded. These are just a few examples.
QuickBooks Payments. Provides automatic recording of customer payments and deposits. All you do is generate and email the invoice and the rest is automatically tracked and recorded for you, even the merchant fees!
